01 / WHAT WE WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO

Healthy longevity.
A fuller everyday life.

健康寿命 Kenkō jumyō

For Yotsuba, healthy longevity means caring about the quality of the years ahead: mobility, independence, mental wellbeing, relationships and the ability to keep doing what matters.

From our base in Japan, we see a meaningful role for thoughtful nutrition within a wider system of care. Our vision connects professional knowledge, restorative places and the choices people can sustain at home.

ME-BYO is our everyday philosophy. Healthy longevity is the longer horizon.

02 / CONNECTED AROUND THE PERSON

One person.
Many connections.

Each part has its own role. Yotsuba contributes through nutrition, product quality and education, while specialists and hosts bring their own expertise.

YOUYOUR QUALITY OF LIFE日々を、大切に。

A connected perspective. Shaped around the individual.

03 / Food & nutrition

Nourishment connects the experience to daily life.

Seasonal meals, variety and enough nourishment form the foundation. Selected supplements can fit a clearly identified nutritional need, with attention to the whole diet, individual circumstances and professional guidance.

Where Yotsuba contributes

Japanese ingredient knowledge, considered formulations and clear information that helps people and professionals make informed choices.

03 / JAPANESE SETTINGS FOR REST & REFLECTION

A place to pause.
A rhythm to rediscover.

Japan offers ways to make room for nature, local food, quiet attention and community. These traditions can inform the experiences we hope to help create.

森林浴Shinrin-yoku

Time in the forest.

Forest bathing means immersing yourself in the forest through the senses: a gentle walk, birdsong, the scent of trees and a moment to pause. It offers a way to slow down and attend to the surroundings.

Our vision: guided nature experiences, comfortable movement and space for reflection.

湯治Tōji / Shin-tōji

An onsen stay, seen as a whole.

Tōji is Japan's tradition of restorative stays at hot springs. The modern Shin-tōji approach considers the wider experience: nature, local food, history, culture and time spent in an onsen community.

Our vision: rest, nourishing meals and a sustainable daily rhythm, with bathing adapted to the guest.

宿坊Shukubō

A different rhythm of living.

A temple stay can offer quiet reflection, seasonal shōjin ryōri plant-based cuisine and guided practices shaped by the host tradition. These may include zazen at Zen temples or other forms of meditation elsewhere.

Our vision: respectful cultural collaboration, attentive meals and room for mental wellbeing.

04 / HOW THE CONNECTION COULD WORK

From a restorative stay
to an everyday rhythm.

A possible collaboration model: professional insight, a supportive experience and continuity at home. The programme would be designed with qualified partners around the guest.

Understand. Choose a starting point.

A clinician-led conversation considers health history, current care, food, sleep, activity and personal goals. Any check-up or screening is selected for the person. Together, the guest and professionals identify a few useful priorities.

  • Appropriate health assessment
  • Individual consultation
  • Clear, realistic priorities
Yotsuba can contribute composition details and educational material for professional review.

05 / THE YOTSUBA CONTRIBUTION

Thoughtful formulas.
A place in the wider picture.

Our collection offers different starting points for a conversation about nutrition. A product is selected for an individual purpose, alongside meals, movement, rest and appropriate care.

06 / THE FUTURE WE WANT TO HELP BUILD

Better connections.
Shared expertise.

We want to develop collaborations in which each participant brings a clear contribution, and the value for the person remains the shared priority.

01 / SCIENTIFIC DIALOGUE

Researchers, universities & institutes

Build expert exchange around nutrition, healthy ageing and formulation quality. Explore well-defined questions and the possibility of future evaluation with appropriate research partners.

02 / PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

Clinicians, dietitians & recovery specialists

Bring clear product information into individual consultations. Co-design educational materials and understand how selected nutritional support could fit professional care.

03 / RESTORATIVE EXPERIENCES

Retreats, onsen communities & cultural hosts

Explore programmes that connect consultation, seasonal food, movement, rest and nature. Work respectfully with forest guides, temple hosts and local communities, helping guests carry useful habits home.

Help shape the connection.

We welcome conversations with people and organisations working towards healthy longevity.
