Yotsuba Japan brings together Japanese food culture, formulation expertise and advanced production technologies to create distinctive wellness products for international markets.
Formula architecture
A connected formulation philosophy
Yotsuba approaches formulation as a connected system. Traditional Japanese materials, fermented ingredients, botanicals and selected modern actives are considered together — alongside their amount, compatibility, format and place within the complete formula.

Precise composition, technology and supporting documentation are product-specific. Detailed dossiers are supplied through Yotsuba Japan’s professional and partner channels.
02 · Technology platform
We do not apply one technology to every product. Each direction is selected where it is appropriate to the ingredient, format and intended formulation.
Selected formulations use phospholipid-based structures where dispersion, delivery format and formulation stability are central to the product concept.
Nano-scale approaches are selected for compatible ingredients when a more finely engineered format supports the formulation as a whole.
Fermented plant materials, grains, mushrooms and culture-derived ingredients translate a long Japanese tradition into contemporary product design.
Herbs, mushrooms, marine materials, vegetables, fruits and traditional food ingredients expand the vocabulary available to each formula.
The Yotsuba portfolio includes liposomal vitamin C and fucoidan formulations, a liposomal nano iron formula, fermented ginseng and other product-specific applications.

From concept to composition
A product begins with its purpose, not with a fashionable term. Ingredients and technologies are reviewed in relation to one another, the intended delivery format, manufacturing feasibility and the information needed for professional markets.
“The right technology is the one that strengthens the product as a complete system.”
03 · From nature to precision
Some formulas begin with a recognisably Japanese ingredient. Others combine Japanese food wisdom with carefully selected international actives. The connecting principle is relevance to the formula — not origin alone.
A living tradition of transformed food materials.
Regional botanicals selected for specification and relevance.
Distinctive materials with deep roots in Asian food practice.

Manufacturing assurance
Production facilities are selected and approved at product level. Relevant GMP, HACCP and ISO system evidence is reviewed and confirmed for the product category, format and manufacturing site.
Controlled manufacturing conditions and documented procedures.
Food-safety risks identified, controlled and monitored.
Relevant quality and food-safety management systems verified by scope.
Certification scope, testing protocols and supporting documents are confirmed for each individual product and manufacturing facility; no single standard is presented as a blanket certification for the complete portfolio.
05 · Product expression
A liquid, capsule, tablet, powder, stick or jelly may follow a different technical pathway. The format is treated as part of the formula — not as packaging added at the end.

06 · Japanese in origin
A Yotsuba formula must retain its identity while entering markets with different regulatory systems, professional channels and consumer expectations.
Product information, available documentation and launch preparation are therefore considered market by market. There is no universal regulatory route — and no substitute for careful local assessment.
