Hair & nail · 30-day daily system
ANA GAIN™
NU
A Japanese hair-and-nail formula centred on AnaGain™ Nu organic pea-sprout extract, hydrolysed keratin, sulphur amino acids and Japanese botanical support.

Why it was created
Beauty begins at
the growth matrix.
Hair and nails are keratin-rich structures. Their appearance reflects a complex interaction between the growth cycle, amino-acid availability, micronutrient status and daily care.
ANA GAIN™ Nu combines a studied pea-sprout active with hydrolysed keratin, L-cystine, L-methionine and a distinctly Japanese botanical-mineral layer.

Botanical research · hair-cycle context
A botanical beginning.
A gradual cycle.
The germinated-pea ingredient is placed in the context of a hair follicle and its naturally changing growth cycle.

Botanical signal.
Structural nutrition.
The product brings several complementary ideas into one daily serving: the pea-sprout active, keratin-building amino acids, a Japanese camellia layer and supporting marine, mineral and botanical ingredients.
Ingredient evidence library
Evidence, with the
right boundaries.
Oral pea-sprout extract and hair shedding
A small nutrition intervention enrolled 21 volunteers and evaluated 100 mg daily for eight weeks. Hair shedding was significantly reduced after 28 days. The study was small and linked to the ingredient developer.
Pea-sprout extract and follicle signalling
A 2025 study used human dermal-papilla cells, macrophage cells and a mouse model to examine Wnt/β-catenin signalling, growth-factor expression and anagen-phase biology. It adds mechanistic context, but it is not a human trial and does not establish an effect for this finished product.
Keratin nutrition, hair and nail parameters
A randomised trial evaluated a different keratin-based supplement at a materially higher dose. It supports the broader ingredient rationale, but it is not a trial of this formula and its results cannot be transferred directly.
Cystine-containing combinations and diffuse shedding
A four-month trial in 72 women compared two B-vitamin and L-cystine combinations with placebo and assessed hair quality and anagen rates. One active combination outperformed placebo, but its composition differed from ANA GAIN™ Nu, so the result cannot be assigned to cystine alone.
Biotin in people with brittle nails
A small retrospective study reported clinical improvement in 22 of 35 evaluated people with brittle nails. The study was uncontrolled and used a therapeutic context and dose that should not be equated with the 100 μg biotin in this daily formula.
Micronutrients and hair-loss evidence
A dermatology review describes the relationship between micronutrient status and hair health while warning that supplementation is most relevant when a deficiency or clinical need is present.

without overclaiming.
01What is AnaGain™ Nu?+
AnaGain™ Nu is a water-soluble powder extract produced from organic germinated pea seeds. It is the signature botanical active in this formula.
02What is the daily serving?+
The current Japanese product directions indicate three capsules daily. Always follow the approved destination-market label.
